#the ingredients :
¤ Half a kilogram of long-grain rice, soaked and drained.
¤ Onion cut into thin wings.
¤ Half a head of garlic, peeled and mashed.
¤ Half a teaspoon of crushed red pepper.
¤ A tablespoon of ghee.
¤ Fried raisins for garnish.
¤ two cups of chicken broth.
How to prepare :
In a saucepan on the fire, add the ghee, onions, garlic and crushed pepper, stir slightly until the onions wilt.
Add the rice, after draining it from the water, and stir it with the other ingredients.
Add the chicken broth, and the broth covers the rice, and tops it by about one centimeter. Leave it to boil, and then leave it for a third of an hour on a low heat until it is cooked.
Serve garnished with raisins, nuts and parsley.
